My story is not unlike the story of others. I had been steadily gaining weight over the years; I went away to college weighing about 200 pounds. My freshmen year I was met with all sorts of bad food choices and I did not have the willpower to turn down french and fries and chicken nuggets at 1 am I mean who can right…

After my first semester, I had gained the dreaded freshmen 15, It wasn't that noticeable because I was a taller and broader guy but never the less I was up to 215 now.

Fast Forward to Junior and senior year now I’m enjoying my college life enjoying the occasional night out, still eating bad but doing the occasional workout. I graduated weighing somewhere between 225–228 so over the course of three more years I had only gained 10 pounds not bad in my mind.

Unfortunately, reality Hit me after college I started working long hours going out after work with co-workers, and generally eating bad food still. But it wasn’t this that put me over the top it was the loss of my college Girlfriend, a woman I loved with all my heart and had plans on possibly marrying one day. In the words of Juice when my girlfriend left me it left me so F***** up it was a blacked-out blur. I went on what can only be described as a months-long bender of fast food, depressions, and lack of movement. When I awoke from my depression many months…
